How do orders work?
By ordering your sneakers, you avoid the disappointment of missing out on it as our sneakers sell out pretty fast.
Since we are open for orders, you can place your order online to secure your sneakers. You will then receive your sneakers 3-5 days after payment’s been received.
How long will my order take to get to me?

A guaranteed 3 – 5 working days is the expected waiting time for your order to make its way into your hands after it’s been sent off! We will send you tracking info when your order leaves our office.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of R99 per order for your shipping, however there are special rates for orders over the total amount of R3500 – this is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not right now, but we are working on it!

Do you accept cash payment or cash on delivery?

All of our payments are processed online via the safe and trusted channel, PAYFAST. You are able to pay with a bank card or do an eft via this payment portal. No other payment methods are accepted.

I would like to purchase sneakers as a gift, how can I do that?

When completing your delivery details, please add the address and name of the person you would like the sneakers to be delivered to.

We do not ship your order with a receipt, so your receiver will not be able to see the price of their gift.

Should you wish to add a note with your gift, please add it to the special notes section of your order.

What if it's been 6 days and I haven't received my order?

If you did not receive your order feel free to email, WhatsApp or Instagram our sneakerhead team they will help you as soon as possible.

Don’t be stressed or bite your nails. Get in touch with us and we will do our utmost best to make sure we track your order until we get it.
