Refund and Returns Policy

At Supreme Sneakerheads, we strictly offer exchanges only—no refunds are available under any circumstances.

We have a 5-day exchange policy from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with our product, please log a request directly with accounts@supremesneakerheads.co.za within this period, provided the terms and conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Your order must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be well-packed in its original packaging and undamaged.

Important Notes:

  • Supreme Sneakerheads reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item shows signs of use or damage due to negligence.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please inform us immediately so that we can address the issue and process your exchange as quickly as possible.
